This project involved an extensive scope of work including ‎Thorocoat waterproofing, crack repairs, skylight restoration, and chimney waterproofing, all designed ‎to protect and beautify the home for years to come.‎
Power Washing:‎
Removed dirt, debris, and weather stains to reveal the building’s original texture and prepare for ‎surface treatment.‎
Spot Pointing:‎
Repaired deteriorated mortar joints on the front facade, improving structural stability while preserving ‎the building’s character.‎
Crack Filling:‎
Carefully filled all visible cracks using a cement and sand mix to eliminate water intrusion points and ‎strengthen the surface.‎
Thorocoat Waterproof Coating:‎

Skylight Repair:‎

Chimney Waterproofing:‎
Sealed and waterproofed the chimney using professional-grade materials, guarding it against moisture ‎damage and masonry erosion.‎
Window Caulking:‎
Caulked all windows for improved energy efficiency, reduced air leaks, and enhanced ‎weather protection.‎
