Identified and repaired all visible cracks on the building’s front exterior using a custom waterproofing ‎mix of cement and sand, ensuring long-term strength and protection from moisture penetration.‎
Window Waterproofing:‎
Applied waterproof sealants around all windows to prevent water intrusion, increase energy ‎efficiency, and preserve the internal structure.‎
Exterior Painting:‎
Completed the project with a professional paint application using Benjamin Moore premium exterior ‎paint, giving the property a fresh, polished look while reinforcing its durability.‎
