This client was experiencing a serious basement leak coming from the foundation. Our team removed all loose and damaged concrete at the corner of the foundation and steps. We then sealed and rebuilt the area using a strong mix of waterproofing materials, cement, and sand, filling all cracks.

We also performed window capping on one side of the wall to prevent future water intrusion. After completing the foundation waterproofing, the basement is now completely dry, and the leak problem is fully solved.
