Concrete Slab Restoration – Brooklyn, NY

White Marble Construction Inc. recently completed a structural concrete slab replacement project in ‎Brooklyn, NY. The existing slab had become severely worn and posed a risk of water infiltration and ‎further deterioration.‎

To complete the restoration efficiently and safely, our team implemented the following:‎

• Demolition of the old, deteriorated slab, which had shown signs of cracking and water ‎damage.‎
• Installation of a new concrete slab, formulated using waterproofing cement mixed ‎with fine sand for added strength and resistance to moisture.‎
• Reinforcement of structural integrity to ensure long-term durability.‎
• Setup of a scaffold bridge system to access the slab area from an elevated position, ‎ensuring a safe and controlled work environment with minimal impact to the property.‎
