Scope of Work Completed:

• Installed a Firestone APP 180 rubber roofing system over the entire existing roof for long-lasting protection
• Sealed all ventilation points to prevent leaks and air intrusion
• Removed and cut down old antennas for a clean, safe roof surface

Exterior Restoration:

• Removed all old and damaged stucco
• Repaired cracks and deteriorated areas using a waterproofing mix of cement, sand, and specialized strengthening chemicals for enhanced durability
• Applied Thorocoat waterproof coating (white color) on the entire back wall for superior weather resistance and a fresh look
• Caulked all front windows to improve waterproofing and energy efficiency
