Scop of Work

At White Marble Construction Inc., we were contracted to perform a flat roof repair on a residential property in Brooklyn. The existing roof showed signs of water damage, compromised drainage, and surface deterioration. To ensure long-term protection and performance, we carried out the following:

Selective Demolition:

Removed damaged roofing material near the roof drain area (approx. 4 ft x 25 ft) to eliminate leaks and prevent future water pooling.

Structural Reinforcement:

In two separate deteriorated areas (4 ft x 6 ft each), we removed the old roof decking and installed new plywood, reinforcing the roof structure.

Water Drainage Optimization:

Created a precise pitch to promote proper water runoff and avoid standing water issues.

Full Roof Waterproofing:

Applied APP 160 Firestone roofing membrane across the entire existing roof. This premium rubber roofing system is engineered for:
