Masonry Restoration & Waterproofing Project – Bronx, NY

White Marble Construction Inc. is proud to announce the successful completion of a full masonry restoration and waterproofing project at East 143rd St, Bronx, NY.

Our team began with power washing the entire front façade to remove dirt, loose paint, and debris, followed by deep surface restoration using a specialized mix of waterproofing materials, cement, sand, and bonding chemicals — ensuring long-term durability and protection.

We then applied two coats of Thorocoat waterproofing system for a clean, strong, and weather-resistant finish. All front windows were carefully caulked and sealed to prevent leaks and enhance energy efficiency.

On the back wall, we removed all old, damaged stucco and replaced it with our custom waterproof stucco mix, followed by two coats of Thorocoat for maximum strength and beauty.

Additionally, our experts addressed water leaks from both the walls and the roof by installing new flashing, repairing skylights, and applying professional-grade caulking, resulting in a completely waterproof and restored property.
