Scope of Work:

✔️ Removed all old and loose stucco from the side façade
✔️ Reapplied a smooth, durable layer of fresh stucco for strength and stability
✔️ Filled and sealed all cracks using a professional mix of waterproofing materials, cement, sand, and specialty chemicals to prevent future damage
✔️ Applied Thorocoat coating to ensure long-lasting waterproof protection and resistance against New York’s harsh weather conditions
