Roof Repair Work

We are excited to share the successful completion of another roof repair service project in Manhattan at 329 ‎Bowery, New York, NY 10003. This commercial and residential property received a full roof and fire ‎escape restoration carried out by our experienced team.‎
Project Scope:‎
Power washed the entire roof for a clean foundation.‎
Applied two coats of gaco silicone for long-term waterproof protection.‎
On the top (third) roof, we applied a durable aluminum coating for added strength.‎
Fire Escape Restoration:‎
Scraped and cleaned front and back fire escapes.‎
Painted for a fresh, protective finish against rust and corrosion.‎
Wall Repairs:‎
Sealed and filled cracks along the back wall to prevent leaks and water penetration.‎
Materials Used:‎
Geco Silicones (roof waterproofing system – 2 coats)‎
Aluminum Coating (applied on the third/top roof)‎
High-quality paint and sealants for fire escapes and masonry repairs
